Tata sky with its service request Nos.1-[protected] and 1-[protected]. refused my request. Details as follows:- No sevice period due to up-gradation I made complaint on 3.4.2015 for no service of Tata sky. Then my complaint was rectified on 23.4.15 only by the technician sent by the Tata sky. Hence, no service period must be treated for 20 days. One month Charges are Rs.220/- Tata sky should be given as two third of the monthly charges ie equal to Rs.147/-. But, Tata sky had given only Rs50.61/-. They are not ready to show their calculation details even then it was asked by me. I have all SMSs received from TATASKY during the period from 3.4.15 to 23.4.15. as evidence. Hence, it is requested the sum proportionate of two third of monthly charges may be arranged to be given me after deducting the sum Rs.50.61/- given to me as credit please.
