Tata Sky — Useless set top box | |||
Dear Sir, I have been trying to call your contact numbers since morning as I have an issue with the set top box. It’s not getting on. I need some technician to come and check it out what’s the problem. After spending 20-25 mins everytime, I got through the call. The lady responded the call. I told her about the problem, then she kept me on hold for checking some details (I don’t know what she has to check) and never came on line again. This happened at least 3 times today. That means I had wasted more than couple of hours to get resolution to the TATA Sky PROBLEM. If this is your normal practice, then I must say that I am with wrong people. I came to TATA Sky, because TATA’s name is attached with it. But it seems, many things have changed since last decade.
