Tata Sky — Useless uhd 4k set top box, no 4k content available. | |||||
I'd like to file a complaint against Tata sky. I bought a 4k tv last year in the month of April and subscribed to tata sky. Then the guy who came to install it suggested me to buy UHD 4K set top box instead of an HD box. I agreed and did as suggested. But after a month or two the 4k channel suspended and since then no 4k content is available. If there wasn't any 4k content why are they selling this useless UHD 4K set top box which costed me Rs.6000 when i am only getting HD channels which I could get on an HD set top box which was worth Rs.999 back then? I want tata sky to resume the 4k channel or refund me the money which i paid for this USELESS UHD 4K set top box. Was this information helpful? | |||||
