Tata Sky — Using the recharged money in my tata sky account for packages without my consent. | |||
On getting a repeated call and TV reminders I recharged my a/c [protected] with an amt of 3800 on 21st july 2015 at 16 hrs for annual supreme sports kids pack renewal worth 3740. I recharged extra with an intention to use it if read for showcase, kids demand etc.there already was some balance in my account. At 1655 hrs request completed monthly had access fees 125 .current balance 3796.88 due date 25th Mar 2016. ...This was not at all requested by me. I was only to call them to renew my earlier package . When I called them on 23rd, talked to Mr. Waqar, but of no use, it seemed he was not following what I was saying, or pretending to as they must have been taught. This HD package also should have continued for at least a month from 22nd July to 21st Aug, but discontinued on 3rd Aug only and also exhausted my balance of rs 60 and my previous balance. This is shear cheating on the part of tata sky, Please help to resolve . Was this information helpful? | |||
