I HAVE TATASKY DTH FOR THE PAST 1 YR; OUR SUBSCRIPTION IS VALID; THE SERVICE IS NOT AVAILABLE FOR THE PAST 4 DAYS; WE HAVE GIVEN MISSED CALLS AND SMS FROM OUR REGISTERED MOBILE; NO ACTION; WHEN CONTACTED THE TATASKY HELPLINE AFTER A LONG STRUGGLE, THE PERSON AT THE OTHER END SAYS, THE PROBLEM WILL BE RESOLVED SHORTLY AND HE IS NOT ABLE TO FIX ANY TIMELIMIT; IF WE KNOW THE TIMELIMIT FOR CORRECTING THE PROBLEM, THEN WE CAN STAY WITH TATASKY OR CHANGE TO SOME OTHER SERVICE PROVIDER; KINDLY RESOLVE THE PROBLEM AT THE EARLIEST.
