[Resolved] Tata Sky — Very disappointed with tata sky service | |||||
This is the second time we are experiencing poor service from Tata Sky. We had given request on 11th January 2017 for new installation of Karaoke music system.. when we did not received any reply after 2 days, we enquired on Toll free number, the executive said ur request can't be taken, sytem problem. Same day we called 3 times...next day again gave request and everytime we told them that we want kareoke system to install...yeaterday your executive sent request to respective dept. for kareoke system, still today ur Exexutive called me in evening 7 pm and said I am coming to install Wi-Fi Dongal... this is the height of pesions...When I said I have mentioned 100 times on phone to ur executive that we want to install Kareoke still how they can send request for Wi-Fi Dongal????? So ur Executive replied now I can't do anything..I have got order to install Wi-Fi Dongal...I will come tomorrow to install karaoke...I have lost my pesions and if tomorrow I didn't get karaoke installed, I will forward this same letter to Tata sky higher authorities which I have done earlier also...
