Tata Sky — very irregular and disgusting digital service | |||
sir/Madam, I am Ramesh Chandra, tata sky ID no. [protected]. I am a regular customer of tata sky since 2007, when I was posted at Mumbai. I normally get recharged annually and last I got recharged for the whole year with validity till 27 July'2015.Still my services have been disconnected min 7-8 times with my TV screen showing that ' your TV is not recharged' and showing a balance of some Rs 13 or 4 whereas as on talking to their customer No, they every time accept their mistake with the assurance that such mistakes will never be repeated but as and when I enter my house and put the TV set on, my set shows the same message. Secondly as per their version" sir may be you might not have used for a few days". I completely fail to understand when my TV is recharged annually then why should be disconnected in case I am at outstation. Was this information helpful? | |||
