I have done an complain for weak telacast of channel in spite of no rain on. 11th july. i have not got the service appropriate. one technician visited and checked the connection but he is also not able to find the proper solution. he has provided new setup box but told to not activate as with new setup box still the connection is low and if we activate the charge will be apply for new setup box. its very miserable as we are not watching tv from last 2 days after that repeatedly complain not getting any revert. kindly send some senior technician who has proper knowledge about fixing wires and fixtures. otherwise i need to remove the connection from tata sky due worst service
