Tata Sky — Viewing and sound of channels broken, not continuous

I am dr. s n garg, with consumer id [protected]. There is one principal tv and two add-ons. For the last 4 months, I can watch some channels clearly and some not which are included in my package.. About one month before, one technician visited my house and advised me to get changed DISH and its associted accessory. I was charged Rs.170/- for it. There has been no such problem before for the last several years. Technician says that my dish is of shorter size and new dish is about 2 inches larger and that will solve the problem. I am not convinced by his troubleshooting method. Some buildings have come up in my vicinity. and these may be shadowing my dish. I can not pay rs. 170/- fee everytime. Tatasky should send some other technician tovisit my house.
