First of all, I get no intimation about such upgradation activites going to be performed on my mobile or television.
Second, WHY ON EARTH WOULD YOU DO UPGRADATIONS DURING DAY TIME??!
THIRD, You guys are so prompt in reminding us to pay and if it comes to the last day, you even disrupt our viewing to tell us to pay! Like we're kids and don't know what to do!!
WHAT IS THIS? THIS IS OUTRAGEOUS! Second time this is happening, signal issues and what not? No customer support, no chat available, no email intimation, no customer call back.
WHAT AM I EXPECTED TO DO NOW?!! TWO DAYS have gone like this and you've conveniently taken the money per day from my account! will you return that or extend my package days? NO, i doubt! I've been recommending TATA SKY to all possible and this is how I am treated! And not only me! I know a lot of customers are facing this issue! Please grant me extra days in my account or maybe I shall just consider moving to another DTH!
