Tata Sky — wiring problem no signal

I have registered a complaint on customer care help line number 10 days back, they fixed a appointment with teqnician .nxt day person came and was unable to solve the issue, he told me that he have informed the local office and thy will send some other teqnician who will solve ur issue ..from last week iam calling the local office and they are not even responding ..alwas say the same thing material is not available and we cant do anything.
