Tata Sky — Withdrawn hd channel and kids channel

My tata sky subscriber I'd is [protected] with dhamal mix pac
I have called many time to customer care to disable hd channel and kids pac they said that they registered my request and we will call u later but after that no response from tata sky
It's very tense and hassle services provided by tata sky your customers care is in very worst condition
Please disabled my hd channel and kids package otherwise I will discontinue your service
