Tata Sky — Without consent activated monthly services

My tata sky ID no. [protected], i got call yesterday i, e 07.04.2016 from Call Center telling that Tata Sky is offering a service Active Smart Games. After listening the offer, I straight way denied to activate the service. In spite of my denying the service has been activated and Rs. 59 has been deducted in my current balance. I request you to deactivate the service with immediate effect and restore my current balance for which deducted otherwise if my request not acceded then I will take up the matter in Consumer Court against Tata Sky because such type of incident happened second time with me.
