[Resolved]  Tata Sky — without permission useless service activation and unnecessary and useless deduction of charges

My tata sky consumer id is[protected]. I had a usual package activated on my account. Since april 2017 the tata sky executives activated some i smart manager on my account without my permission and without any intimation of such activation on my account. For this so called service they deducted charge @ rs 10 per day from my account ie 300 rs per month. After 3 months ie in july 2017 when i called the customer care of tata sky about unknown deductions from my account then they informed me that such service is activated on my account since 18th april 2017. When i argued to them and asked for the call recording of this service request they denied and they did not responded to my complaints. The tata sky is the worst dth service company in service and complaint hearing. After that i registered complaints on tata sky customer care but they never responded. When i asked for clarification they never replied and cut the phone several times. They charged near about rs 1100 from my account for this useless and unnecessary service called i smart manager without my permission and intimation. I never ever made any request for the activation of any service called i smart manager on my account. They have done fraud to me and i am seriously upset with their customer service. Pls help me in getting the refund of this amount deducted (Rs 1100) for i smart manager by them.
