Tata Sky — work order closed after 7 days without action

since 1st april facing signal issues after a struggle on 3rd april could raise
a work order ( NS[protected] to resolve this matter... but today, 9th april
it was closed without any action... forget the technicians visit which was promised
rather not even a call made to fix appointment... that too seven days have passed.
i was making paid calls to [protected] just to get an update... where wait time
used to be 10 min... so paid lots of money too and could not even speak to
the customer care executive... only was promised priority resolution and
call back within 24 hours... but they never happened.
need a resolution urgently... and my money to there paid call number.
