[Resolved] Tata Sky — work orders not executed for days and viewing of tv not possible

Inspire of lots of follow up my tatasky connection is not rectified. Earluer due to amphan and now the channels can’t be changed.in the current scenario tv news and viewing are must for being updated but the company is failing to satisfy the customers even after rigorous follow up. Only channel no.900 can be seen and no other adjustments in settings can be made. Subscriber no. Is [protected]. I was promised yesterday that my work would be done on a priority basis even though it is a Sunday but there is no call or action at all.Are we paying for nothing?There is a minimum charge of Rs.153 as a complimentary DD pack but if no services are available and channels can't be viewed then what's the use of keeping a TV at home?I don't think if channels can't be viewed for more than 15 days in a month then paying subscriptions is a waste of money.further nobody has the time for begging for services.There is only one franchise in Kolkata and seems they have developed a monopolistic policy.I believe there should be atleast one more franchise so that services could be rendered smoothly.
