[Resolved] Tata Sky — worst behaviour and complete mental harassment | |||||
I booked for a multi connection on 30may with the dealer and tey are charging me 1500rs extra.. Connection cost was 3200 but they are asking me to pay 1500rs extra after puting the connections, i asked them why are they charging so much they just said if you want pay we will give the connection otherwise they will take it back.. I told them not to do that but the guy suresh technition from the dealer of tatasky has removed the connection which was installed, he has forcefull removed the connection when my mother and kids were left alone, when i complained to the customer care they said since its a dealer we cannot help you and discinnected the call.. I asked them again to giv a new connection they made the same dealer to call me for a new connection he asking me to pay rs.1000/ for the removed connection which he did on his own wish.. Can someone help me.. Being a lady i cant go through this kind of threats and harrasment anymore.. Was this information helpful? | |||||
