Tata Sky — Worst company to do business | |||
We have signed up with TATA SKY almost six years ago and we have been a very loyal customer and thought of continued business with them but lately the kind of customer service i am recieving or the way i have been treated i am in the verge of cancelling the service.okay let me tell what exactly happened. .our remote control got damaged a month ago so we got it replaced and now its not been even a month its not working again..not only that our dvr is not working and we have called multiple times for tech visit and till now no one has visited us..to top it all when you called customer care 90% of the agents dont speak proper languages be it hindi or english..THEY ARE FRICKING RUDE .IF YOU SHOW YOUR UNHAPPINESS THEY WOULD SIMPLY HANG UP ON YOU OR PUT YOU BACK IN THE QUEUE.the quality of their customer service is very very very poor.but when it comes to charge you more they never hesitate..in the month of November 2015 my house got on fire so had to move to new location and since i was going through financial hardship i requested them to waive installation fee but the rep simply said we cannot.tatasky has gone to bad to worst.
