Tata Sky — Worst Customer Experience from technical support team | |||
Hi, I have been using Tatasky for first two years and then I stopped using it. On 16th April 2015 I recharged my account with 230 rupees including the fine. My tata sky Id- [protected], after the account is been recharged my tata sky was not working so, I called customer service the very next day and told them about the issue. I was told that a technician would be attending the complaint within 48 hours but it took three days for a technician to attend my issue. I was told to change the set top box because it was old box. So after two weeks another person came and told me that he will change it within two days but still no response from that technician. But I don't get any concession for not using the tata sky account. So I'm really upset with tat sky customer service who doesnt even speak proper sentence.
