I called couple of times bcoz I was not Able to login to my account, Frst representative told me to restart the mobile and then try logging in ...and when I tried doing that this time I got a new error message which says my number is already registered to another subscriber in. And when I contacted customer service rep regarding this he acted as if this is the Frst time he is seeing this error message and there was no response frm his end for a long time .there was lot of dead air and I waited for 5 mins and finally had to disconnect the call. And the worst part is there is no after call feedback survey sent to the customers.
