Tata Sky — Worst customer service now | |||
I am a Tatasky customer for 10 years. I have a multi TV connection. I want to disconnect the secondary TV connection and retain only the primary TV connection. For this purpose, I have called Tatasky customer care atleast 10 times in the last 15 days. Every time the representative will tell me that their representative will call me in 24 hours. Till today, even after my 10 calls, nobody has called me. 1. When I have made a request to cancel, why somebody has to call me in 234 hours. 2. How long have to wait to receive Tatsky call. Tats were known for good customer service. I am experiencing the WORSTY service from Tatasky. Was this information helpful? | |||
