[Resolved] Tata Sky — worst level of commitment | |||
I am subscriber (Sub id [protected]) of tata sky from last 3 years and whenever i faced any problem it was not resolved easily. This time again the same story happened and i plan to exit from this situation and i called to the customer care for terminate the services and that guy raised a request on 15th august 2017 and given me tat for 72 hrs. When i called for the same on 27th august just to know about the progress customer care person told that your request has been closed from backend team (Withaout my information). Again i given him request and that guy told me that within 2 hrs you will get a call from our senior team and your problem will sort out. (Again nobody called) When i called yesterday (31st of august) customer care people told me to wait till 4 th september and not ready to listen any thing and hanged up my phone. So i just wanted to know is there any seriousness about customer concern or you guys are just enjoying your time. Would like to tell you that tata sky is not only the sevice provider in market as a customer i have so many better options as well, so request you to solve my complain asap.
