Tata Sky — Worst Service and Irresponsible Customer care | |||
My Tata Sky ID is [protected] from Itanagar, Arunachal Pradesh. On March 22, 2015, I lodged a complaint with Tata Sky Customer care, that my Tata Sky+ HD set top box is not working. To which they responded that it's a common problem and the settop box will be replaced soon. I also have a parallel connection of Tata sky, in which I am receiving only about 10 channels. When I tried raising a complaint, the customer care executive would say that there is already a complaint registered and ask me to wait for the call from the local technician here. However, I never received any call from any technician neither from customer care. Its over a month that these issues are unresolved and unattended to. All these problems started after I had paid for a yearly subscription. Now, subscriptions amount is being wasted month on month. Please identify the irresponsible local tata sky technicians and the customer care executives. They are just degrading the level of service Tata Sky intends to provide its customers.
