[Resolved]  Tata Sky — worst service and taking payment for 1 month and giving service for 15 days.

Dear Sir
I would like to inform you that Tata Sky is wrongly using its services to make money.
I have done a recharge of Rs: 449/ Month pack on 17th March 2019, which was shown in their TataSky application.Today its 3rd April 2019 and my services has been deactivated.
When called customer care, they are unable to solve my query, and they are forcing me to recharge for 785/ month, which I cannot afford.
When I asked them how can you deactivate before 17th April, they are giving baseless answers that "your service has been deactivated and you must recharge for 785 only, as your plan is for 785/month",

I have not given them any approval, nor I have confirmed them, without my confirmation they have migrated to 785/month and forcing me to recharge If I want to continue my services.

My question is with whose permission they selected 785/month plan, and how can it be 1 month from 17th March 2019 to 3rd April 2019.

I have requested them to refund my amount of remaining 12 / 13 days or activate my plan till 17th April 2019.

But they are not responding and they have added my number in block list.

This is a worst service, and cheating business, saying 1 month and providing 15 days service, I am surely going to say TATA to TATASKY services.

I kindly request you to solve this query and refund my amount or activate my services for remaining 12 or 13 days.

Hi, we understand your concern. Your pack has been migrated as per new TRAI rules. Please login to mytatasky.com to recharge your account and click on manage packs to select the channels of your choice.

For your information, i have done recharge after TRAI migration ibly, your application promised for 1 month service for 449 rupees, then why ru guys disconnecting for 15 days, ???? I am no longer interested to go further with your servuces, no more recharges, only disconnecting all ur tata services.
