Tata Sky — Worst service award goes to tatasky

It is the fact that indian companies are bad in providing service and tatasky is one the best example

Problem description:

I was not able to view any channels on my tv due to flickering images. I had raised a complaint under ticket (Wo#: jxk3vyv)
The technician has visited my house and told the set top box is faulty, i will bring the "quality" setbox box in half an hour. He didnt come for 2 days

I have again called tatasky for followup for which they mentioned for set top box, they will not provide the new set top box but the quality one and i have to pay rs. 520 / - for it. And the quality set top box a technician has connected got corrupted within 3 - 4 minutes in front of technician itself. "what a quality!!"

Again i have raised a complaint and they have provide me a new ticket (Wo#: jyvda9p) for which technician has visited and directly changed a set top box. Again the new "quality" set top box was not working. We told him that the problem still persist, to which he was asking us only what could be the issue. I told him, did you check the wires, to which he mentioned you buy a cable and check yourself. I only have set top box.

I have called tatasky senior team and the call center tata has opened to create blood pressure patients. Everytime you explain in detail to the executive and the call get disconnects while you are talking. You have to start from the scratch to explain to a new associate by dialling it again.

I got a call from tatasky for asking about my issue resolution. I thanked them for the followup which they forgot to install the working box. After 3 days, a new technician came and told us the problem is with the set top box. " happy realization!!"
He mentioned he will bring the working set top box in 1 hour and didnt come yet.
Finally the person who visited on the first day came with a working box and changed it. "good he remembered that he has to go back in 30 mins after 3 days!!"

Good job guys!! You won the award for the pathetic service!!

I am going to circulate this in social media to bring it to attention to everyone using tatasky. "isko lagadaala to life ki jingalaala!!"
