Tata Sky — Worst service, no regard for the customer | |||||
I am thoroughly disappointed with the Tata sky customer care service from my recent experiences. I just shifted my more than 10 year old Tata sky to a new location. I got my Tata sky removed from my old home. However, it's getting very tedious for me to get in touch with the customer care to have it installed in the new place. It took quite some time for them to pick up my call. Everytime I call them, it would keep me waiting. Finally when they picked up my call, it was morning 7.30 the next day. They took my request, my new address and a suitable time for installation. At sharp 10.30, I finally called the call center again to ask for the status of technician visit. They surprised me by saying they haven't received my request. I patiently rebooked a request with a promise that a technician will get in touch. The technician called me after a while. He requested to visit by evening 4. At 4, when I called him back, he pushed it further by making some excuse. He ultimately stopped picking my phone. When I called up the customer care again, they gave me shock of my life by saying my request was canceled altogether. I havent seen a worst service ever. If this doesn't clear up in time, I will be left with no other option but to change my digital TV altogether. Was this information helpful? | |||||
