With great regret I have to state that the way you people are advertise your product - "Isko laga dala to Life Jingalala" you are not behaving in such manner, after connecting Tata Sky life become- MAARDALA, none of your Customer care no are working - [protected] and [protected], one no response sometimes -[protected] but no executive ever received the call to take our complaint, why this kind of harassment? We have been calling one of your engineer for last one month but he never visited our place - his name is-Amit, Mobile no-[protected] unfortunately we are unable to give more information about him as we never thought a company like Tata Sky could harass their customer in every possible manner.
I request please send engineer to our place to repair the set-top box as soon as you receive the complain.
If not we will extend this issue further in consumer forum, as it is also the case of mental harassment.
