Tata Sky — Worst Service with no response | |||
Hi, All of a sudden last Friday (10th April 2015 ) Tata sky stopped showing most of the channels. Waiting for 2 days we tried calling tata sky ; after being in queue for an hour the call dropped ( this happened three times). Finally when call got connected tata sky took complaint and said technician would call in 4 hours. After 4 days technician did not appear. Called again but could not reach as usual; laters got call from them saying they are taking complaint on priority. In between also has mailed them; lodged complain online; talked to customer support online.
