Tata Sky — Worst Services and pathetic customer services | |||
I got my Tata Sky HD box by mid of March. Its just been 1 month i got it. Just the name states that it is HD box, but I am not getting any HD channels at all. I am following up with their customer services for last 15 to 20 days. Whenever I call, they say that sorry and a engineer will visit your place and we will solve this issue soon. But not my issue is resolved nor the engineer has come yet for any visit. The worst thing is the customer service executives disconnected my call several times. Even their floor supervisors. When I called on 1st may 2015, I was told that a technician will visit my house in next 1 hour. But nobody turned up, I had to take leave from my office and wait for their enginerrs. For the last 15 to 20 days I am just being told that my complaint is forwarded to their technical team. Don't they have enginners for last 1 month to come and visit for a complaint raised? Please people I suggest NO TATA SKY SERVICE PLEASE. Please do not suffer like how I do. I hope this is registered and actions to be taken ASAP. Was this information helpful? | |||
