[Resolved] Tata Sky — wrong billing - charging extra from last 1 year | |
I deactivated hd and english movies plan in feb 2017, but tata sky charged me additional amount for 1 year. They sent me wrong information about my plan. I have escalated this to customer care many times.in every call they agreed that i have been charged extra and they will resolve my issue. Every time i got the call from some different executive and have to explain my concern to everyone. I want complete refund of amount which i paid without any services. I am attaching one screenshot for the reference in which tata sky asked me to pay rs 470 for the services which i had deactivated in feb 2017. I regularly paid to tata sky on trust for the services which was not activated on my tata sky. Tata sky cheated me. I can share the recording also in which customer care agreed about wrong billing. Please refund my amount which you received from me through cheating
