[Resolved] Tata Sky — Wrong billing cycle.. Overcharging us | |||||
I would appreciate if someone can explain how does the billing cycle work. I recharged rs.350 on the 18th of june and my connection was disconnected on the 7th of july 2017. I have recharged today ie:7th july and expiry date 25th jun 2017. With msg, " monthly charge is rs 543. I need an written explain to this complain. If i choose a rs 350 plan, pls enlighten me n tell me how is my charge rs 543 and why is my billing cycle not for a month. I believe we all get our salaries once a month and not every 20 odd days.
