[Resolved] Tata Sky — wrong card error after not using the connection for 6 months | |||
I haven't used the card for long and now after i recharged it's showing it is the wrong card Nds no :[protected] Digi card id :[protected] Subscriber id :[protected] I hope you would do the needful and bring back the service i paid for. Feb 10, 2020 Complaint marked as Resolved Tata Sky customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Verified Support Jan 10, 2020 Tata Sky Customer Care's response Hi, that's not how it should have been. Remove the card and wipe it with a soft dry cloth, insert it back(The Tata Sky logo should be upward and the arrow pointing towards the Set-top box) and let us know the status.
