[Resolved]  Tata Sky — wrong card error after not using the connection for 6 months

I haven't used the card for long and now after i recharged it's showing it is the wrong card

Subscriber id :[protected]
I hope you would do the needful and bring back the service i paid for. I recharged yesterday and i haven't yet been able to watch television,

Hi, that's not how it should have been. Remove the card and wipe it with a soft dry cloth, insert it back(The Tata Sky logo should be upward and the arrow pointing towards the Set-top box) and let us know the status.
