[Resolved]  Tata Sky — wrong card error issue

I am facing an issue with my set top box.
This is the wrong card for this set top box (Pairirng error), this message is being shown in my tv screen. I have even cleaned the card nicely with cotton cloth, but the same result is found.
Please resolve this issue asap.

From last one month the Tatasky setup box not working .only a message (this is the wrong card for this setup box) is shown on the display.
