[Resolved]  Tata Sky — wrong card for the set top box pairing error

My tata sky is not working today. I am getting pairing error message whenever turning my television up. No channel is visible, please look into the matter. My registered phone number is [protected]. My tata sky id is [protected]. Since morning i am experiencing this problem and no channel is turning up. I am not sure if it is something major still seek attention from sky team. Thanks
