[Resolved] Tata Sky — wrong charge dispute | |||
This is to bring to your notice that, since i have shifted to a new house in delhi, i did raise a request for res installation of my tata sky dth with rmn -+91 [protected]. The corresponding service request no. Is wo#149bkqe which was resolved on 12/04/2018. However within a months time on 13th may 2018, i started facing problem of not receiving signal, i thought it is due to bad weather, but when i checked my terrace, it was observed that the dth antenna is dismounted from the terrace wall. So i raised a service request again, explaining your team about the problem with service request no wo#14yz7352 on 15/05/2018. But i was not informed that i will charged again for this service. On 17th may your technician visited and informed that the previous mounting was not proper. After he resolved the same and remounted the dth, we were informed that this is chargeable. When i asked for a explanation the technician directed to his senior team and he spoke to us very arrogantly and informed that this will be charged. Accordingly i complained for wrong charges dispute to your customer care with service request no. 150vltzx and asked to take up the issue and requested to not charge for the same till a proper justification is provided. But yesterday 18th may, i receive a sms that the amount is being deducted. To confront the same i called again the customer care to intimate the backup team. The backup team called but could not resolve the issue and informed that she needs to discuss with the technical team. This is very embarrassing, we have associated with tata sky with almost for past 7 years and have more than 5 connections in totality across india and have never faced such a problem. I hope you will intervene, the matter is not about inr 300/- (Which is extremely a negligible amount) but the issue is of being ethical and transparent in your services and commitments.
