[Resolved] Tata Sky — Wrong charges debited | |
Dear Concern, With regards to abv complaint no i already informed tata sky customer care to stop my Binge services they told me that i have to use this for 1 month after that i will discontinued as they taken cancellation request(i also got SMS that on 9th November screenshot of the same is attached) already i suspended my services till 20th November Today i called your tata sky care to inform that when they will pick the fire stick accordingly i can available there & handover the same to your technicians but that person told me your account is suspended & i can not chk my dtls for that i have to activate your account & take the request as soon as he activated my Tata sky wallet get debited by 299 & 129RS i request you to refund the same Was this information helpful? | |
