Tata Sky — Wrong charges deducted from account

On 25th we registered the compliant regarding TATA sky not working since last month. The technician came and replace LNB stating that it is not working. Also said that there will be no charges for visit only replacement of the product will be charged as per the company policy. 150 was the product cost and 170 was visit charges been deducted from my account.
As per the executive they wrongly deducted the 170 visit charges due to incorrect information supplied by the technician.

We called these TATA sky people multiple times and spend almost 5-6 hours as well as money on their calls. but no resolution has been provided every time they said it is all together depends on their technician how much he wants to charge he will charge no matters what the issue is. until last call these people were saying you got charged wrongly and will refund the 170 visit charges within 24 hours as the product replaced was in warranty I could not understand if the product was in warranty why they are charging for replacement of that and why they are charging the visit charges for 170.

on last call I had word with girl call Apeksha she told me there will be no refund and your tata sky also will not work until you will recharge again.
I could not understand if they are following any policies to work or they are working just like that as they are not aware of the what the policy is? every time they are asking to raise complaint without providing any solution the problem. I have two TV's and both are disconnected what the use of this TATA sky if that doesn't work.

It's highly unsatisfied services and wrong information provided as well charged unnecessary.

Please look into this and take serious against this so that they will not make fool of customers.

On 22nd of March I had too filed a complaint for the error on my TV saying "No Signal". The customer care person told me that remote needs to be replaced and there would no charges since it's still under warranty. Next day technician came and replaced the remote. On the same day my account balance was deducted and deactivated saying that are the charges for the remote. Now when I got a call from Shehnaz khan from Billing Department working in backend team, she is accusing me of giving flase facts and that they would not refund the amount deducted.
I asked them to take back the new remote and give me back my old remote + the refund of the amount deducted because of the new remote. Now they are denying over that also.

Tata Sky employees give wrong information and deduct money from account. Customer is paying extra for their inability to give right information. What a shame and cheap service they give. Highly unappreciated.
