Tata Sky — Wrong charging for subscriber id: [protected] | |||
In my last bill I have been charged for many ADD ON channels which have not been subscribed by me. I again reiterate that I will be responsible to pay only for Super Saver Monthly Pack. Tried to contact Tata Sky for one hour but could not get through. Was this information helpful? | |||

I too had earlier shared my subscriber id in this complaint forum and Tata Sky's support team did get in touch with me. I am sure they will try getting in touch with you too. Alternatively, you can try writing to them at [protected]@tatasky.com or call their helpline number at [protected]. The best part is it is available 24X7. I am sure they will assist you in reimbursing the additional amount deducted.
