[Resolved] Tata Sky — wrong charging from tata sky customers id [protected] | |||
Dear sir After changing dth transponder lots of set top box are not recieving signals from satellite. And service provider (Tata sky) is charging (350rs. Set top box +100rs. Visit charges) from customers. Which is wrong because any changes made in transponder by tata sky, not by the customers. Why customer is liable to pay money for this.
