Tata Sky — wrong customer id shown on the screen and registered mobile is connected to multiple id's

I was not getting signal around 15th mar thus contacted [protected] was informed by sms that my mobile is connected to multiple subscriber id's subsequently their service engineer visited me on 17th march and set things right. today ie on 2nd apr i have same problem of disturbed signals for some channels and no signals for some hence again i contacted[protected] by missed call as per the suggestions made on channel 100 and received the message (sms) that my mobile is connected to multiple id's. i then called their helpline number ie [protected] ( around 17.30 pm) and was informed by the call attendant that she is connecting my mobile [protected] to my correct id ie [protected] and that the service engineer will visit me or atleast take my appointment within two hours to put the problem right. so far, it is now 2200 hours but nobody has cared to contact from tatasky. i have paid yearly subscription so since my money is with them probably they feel no necessity to improve the service
hope at least now they will try to correct the irregularities on receipt of this complaint
