I had some problems with my connection whereas several channels were not available.
Your technician came and mentioned we needed an LNP for which I needed to pay 800 per subscription (I have 2 connections) I said I was not interested, it isn't fair for me to pay extra for an upgrade that you have made when I already am paying so much. I already have the platinum package and Tata Sky was unable to provide the channels which I am already paying for in certain places. So I said I don't want it. I posted the same on your Facebook page and I got a message that Tata Sky shall take care of it.
The next day the technician came and added the LNP on my dishes, pls note again I had specifically said if I had to pay I do not want it. You can check your calls logs as well as the FB page.
They came and added the LNPs and I presumed that Tata Sky had taken care of it, because no charges were mentioned to me now was any signature or authorization taken from me. Next thing I know 800 is deducted from both subscriptions and now due to these unwarranted deductions both my subscriptions have ended.
This is not fair at all. I had NOT agreed to any charges, Tata Sky had said they would take care of it, so how is this being taken care off.
Since the last one week Tata Sky is making me run around in circles and it's ridiculous.
I have stated that you can take the LNP back, I do not want them but I want my money back.
