[Resolved] Tata Sky — wrong information by tata sky person | |||
My ID number is [protected] . I called Tata sky person Mr. Bipin from Vashi Navi mumbai on 31 December whose mobile number is [protected]. He informed that if we will pay Rs 6, 200 then we will get all channel including HD channel. He send one person who collected Rs. 6, 200 from me and started all channel including HD channel. After one hour all HD channel stopped coming and so i called him and he replied that he will do that till night. But next also it was not working. Then he stopped taking my one cell number so i had to called from another number and then he told that now that scheme is not available and you still have to pay more Rs 2, 000 means total Rs 8, 200 yearly. It was really shocking. Then he convinced me that still he will try but then he messaged me giving customer care number. IfTtata sky person that giving wrong information then what customer has to do. I request you to solve my problem and give me all HD channel which i was informed & promised. Waiting for reply. Was this information helpful? | |||
