Tata Sky — Wrong intimidation from the concerned representative of Tata sky

Respected sir, Iam V.Prasanna kumar. i have installed Tata sky hd on 3rd of december. Actually one representative of tata sky approached me i.e, srinivas- [protected]. and said that there is an offer especially for Government officers which is of worth of rs. 2000/- to be paid for the dish other than 4, 500 and he also said that installation of south package [protected]@140 to be paid monthly and he also said star sports channels also included in it. if additional channels required only Rs.5 to Rs.10 is required. but after installing tata sky the customer care from tata sky said me they have installed a pack of south channels @ Rs.200/-- and if additional channels required star sports 3 is of @rs.50 to be paid.so how can i solve this problem.
