[Resolved] Tata Sky — wrong offer information and service. | |||||
I have been a tata sky customer for about 6 - 7 years. My subscriber id is : [protected].in january 2018, when i went to recharge my account balance online through mytatasky.com, i saw an offer that i had to pay rs. 2600 for annual subscription of grand sports pack, for which i had been paying rs. 485 per month. So, i accepted the offer and made a payment of rs. 2600. On 16th of july, 2018, roughly 6 months after the recharge, a message popped up on my t. V. That my balance would end the following day. I approached the customer care, but they replied that i had only recharged for a 6 month pack, and to avail the offer, i should've had called the customer care and informed them about the same on the date of recharge. At the time of recharge, i had no idea about this process, and i had opted for online payment because i did not have time to call the customer care and then recharge. Please look into the matter as soon as possible and continue the service till the end of the year. A response from your end will be appreciated. Was this information helpful? | |||||
