Tata Sky — Wrong recharge report-validity | |||||
My Tata sky recharge validity was expiring today and i have recharge for Rs.2750 opting Dhammal Masti Plan for 12 months.It is pity that company have sent me message reporting that the next recharge is 18/08/2016 instead of 09/01/2017. Request you to kindly scrutinize the matter and send me the message by correcting right date of next recharge i.e.09/01/2017. I think you should follow-up with Tata Sky customer support. You can write to them at [protected]@tatasky.com or call their helpline number at [protected].They are quite prompt in their reply and will help you out. It is more effective way of getting your work done. The best part is it is available 24X7. I am sure they will rectify the due date issue.
