Tata Sky — Wrong recharge reversal

I wanted to recharge of my Tata Sky, but by mistake I have recharged to wrong ID (2 IDs) Subscriber ID : [protected] & Subscriber ID [protected]

Recharge was done through my Internet Banking

Kindly help.

I have done a rs. 1500 recharge on tata sky id by mistake. [[protected] Geeta Agadi]. But this set top box isn't working . So i want to refund this amount to my account.
