Regarding levy of penalty

I was asked to tatasky for installation of New Set-up Box. But on 15.03.2016, Maintenance Engineer installed set-up Box with-out informing me any detail.

In evening, when we start TV, sound is not coming from it. We show the Set-up box and knew that it is not working properly and it is too old.

Got wrong information from customer care official for the plan selection

Not able to provide services during crucial time like World cup match. Could not able to recharge. No proper response from Tech support people. When they could not answer my question they put my call in queue with 20 caller no. Waited 30 min to reach customer person, irresponsibly he put my call in queue again. So cheap. So cheap service. When i pay so much for HD service & i could not use it when ther is a need., Let them close the service...

We have done a Recharge in Feb Rs.8100 for Annual package, and for which Tatasky was giving on Coupons and Offers...

Firstly for sometime we didn't receive any coupons then I have complaint Tatasky regarding to issue the coupon of the worth..for they have send me a Coupons mail just with some Coupon id's...But when try to use then non of coupon offer work's...So, what is fun...

Defected box given and later pathetic service.

Tata sky services are so unprofessional and poor, i have purchased a hd box in feb'16 which started creating problem on very next day, i have raised request but many a times and finally yesterday one service eng, visited to us to replace the box but the new box he has brought with him was also problematic on which he commit he'll come again tomorrow by 12 o'clock with another new box and left, which didn't turned up till 2pm finally i called...

Very pathetic after sales support

I had raised a complaint last Saturday and so far the issue has not been resolved. It is going to be a week now! Escalation work order has also been raised! Completely useless customer care who don't even go through the history of your complaint but just state the memorized false promise statements!

I would NEVER suggest this service provider to anyone....

recharge done via online debit card - billdesk gateway on 30/03/2016 around 11.55 pm. Subsequent to successful pay, the tatasky system goes into maintenance mode, which makes their systems not credit the customer. DTH connection recharge

Hike rate in every six month (cheating to customer)

Absolutely no/poor customer service

I have subscribed for 250 rs pack, and, then for a surprise i was announced a lucky winner for which i was allotted 2 free channels ( as per my wish). This is highly annoying that first you force a customer to enjoy complimentary benefits and then you charge them for the facilities that were prior promised free. Real shame! I'm now paying charges for the free channels as well. Kindly provide me an explanation...

Kindly note that I had applied for a new tata sky connection on 28th March, 2016 against ID no. DS[protected]. As confirmed / committed that the same will be connected within 24 hrs, but not yet connected in my house. I strongly dis-satisfied the company's services.
