      We had recd call 2day i.e 3-4-16 at afternoon form ur custmer care and given offer to us to renview fr one year i.e APRIL-17 if we paid rs 1650/- for first TV and rs.1300/- for second TV total 2950 and our balance as on today is 140/- so he asked us to pay rs2810/- immedately and belived and paid .


      but we recd msg valid upto sept-16 .

      therefore you are requested to honour ur offer and cnfrm the same immidately

        your company informed me by SMS and call that my anual pack is going to expire on 20th march so to avoid discontinue please recharge your acountwith Rs 3000/- your current balance is 91 Rs about. so I made recharge for 3000/- 17th march that is before 3 day of my expiry.
        Now my problem starts that my connection stops on 20 th march I surprised!!! I called to you r customer care (which is chargeable 3/-Rs /min ) and after destroing 40 to 60 Rs I could contact the helpline and that answer was that thay don't know how I was dosconnected because of that proper balance in my account. Now after many trial and westing money in helpline they are continuing my account Semi-Annual package. I again surprised!!! and again the same tedious and tiresome process of helpline they are replying me that thay are forwarding my complaint for process.
        my questions are here

        1. why you are discontinue me because of the proper balance?
        2. why my anual package is converted into semi-anual as per your call and SMS regarding my recharge was. You dont know what charges you taking from me for anual renual of my account???
        3. From your helpline calls coming to me and every time it takes 15-20 minutes and every time I gives all the informtion again and again the reply is ...they are forwarding my comlaint.

          1.call from tata sky on 29/03/16 for recharge .
          2. saying by me that pack added withot permission continusely.
          3. they also( - ) balance in my account due to location change.
          4. pay by me cash for location change.
          5. they added english movie channel and kids pack without permission.
          6.they say that we added by machine.
          7. our tv have closed from last two months for reason of mistake in tv set and exmams of my son.
          8.recharge on 2/4/16 . call from us to tata sky helpline for only dhamal mix pack. no any other pack.
          9.but they added intentionally english movie channel and kids pack.
          10. they remove this after 5 or 6 call by us.
          11.after 2 hours they added new pack this time cooking pack and active music pack.
          12.call from today by us they say that we permitted and if not they remove this.
          13. why they added time to time this. time west o[censored]s and there.
          14. balance of our mobile is reduce to talk them.
          15. i think that some balance of mobile talk to them is given to them.
          16. if not, why the west of time o[censored]s and west of time of themself.
          17. only two days 2/4/16 and 3/4/16 . my mobile balance reduce 60 to 70 rupees to talk with tata sky helpline.
          18. this may reduce goodwill of tata sky.
          19. this may change to consumer to other dth service or local cable.
          20.this may change to consumer way to talk to his friend circle and other to talk for tata sky worst service.

            I'm facing so much of problem on my online account of tatasky since from the morning time I'm getting mail that somebody is trying to change my password as it is happening successfully it happen on 2nd apr 2016 I called to customer care number also They told me to arise complaint and after doing verification I come to know that someone called Ramesh m had tried to change my password I'm just arising a complaint as if in future same thing happen again means I will take a necessary action against this.

                        I had two connections of your company, but now i have to think to continue those or disconnect, as when i called to customer care for any service, the staff of yours keep the call on hold till the call time end(For half to one hour) no particular information is provided, they always expect and insist to pay more by consumer and don't provide particular information. On date 2.4.16 i ask to add kids pack 2 for rs 30/- but they were insisting and pressuring me to take kids pack 1 for rs 65/-. Why? Firstly after keeping my call on hold for half hour they transfer my call to superior but they also dont repond? If company is not respecting the customer call for their offordable offers which they want then why customer should continue to take service? On your website kids pack 2 is showing and they told me kids 2 offer is over, this is cheating of customer. This is rediculus...

                          Hi my name is rashi i used tatasky last one month actually i used videocon last 3 years it is quite god compared to tata sky u r customer care executive are very poor knowledge and way of talking pathetic last time i call up cc one person said sir bolna ho jayega accha ab chk karlo this type of language used u r cc and still have same problem.
                          When i by new tatasky used my credit card customer care executive said sir apko 2mahina free and 2month hd chanel free today i see my account showings today is last daya i don't understand please reply other wise i dropping a complaint consumer court

                          The problem of Tatasky customer care executives promising and not delivering has now become endemic. Add to it the problem of poor quality technical support and you have one frustrated customer.
                          For the last 2 days my set top box is not receiving signals. I contacted customer care over 10 times. Each time was promised that a technician would visit 'on priority' but no one came or called. I even spoke to a 'supervisor', but nothing happened. This is shameful for a service provider. But, who cares.
                          I now plan to move cort to receive my due, and compensation for the trauma I have suffered.

                              I was asked to tatasky for installation of New Set-up Box. But on 15.03.2016, Maintenance Engineer installed set-up Box with-out informing me any detail.

                              In evening, when we start TV, sound is not coming from it. We show the Set-up box and knew that it is not working properly and it is too old.

                              Further, I complaint on Tatasky customer care they advised me to change this set-box with HD Set-up box at a cost of Rs. 990/- only. Accordingly, set-up box has been changed on 16.03.2016.

                              On 16.03.2016, Tatasky charged me as below:

                              (i) Charged Rs. 520/- for 1st Set-up Box which was installed in my house for some hour. That is also old and not working properly.

                              (ii) Charged Rs. 990/- for 2nd new Set-up Box.

                              when i talk to Tatasky Customer Care, they stated that "If we changed Tatasky Set-up box 4 times in a day, then we have charged 4 times."

                              In this regard, it is to state that Tatasky should not charged of Rs. 520/-against the 1st Set-up box as this is not working, it is old and it is installed without informing me the status of this set-up box and warrantee thereof.

                              it is requested please take necessary action in the matter so that consumer can not face

                              On 15.03.2016, old set-up Box installed by the Maintenance Engineer with informing me that is old. In evening when it is not working properly, then we knew that this old, and warrantee of it is only for one month.

                              Further, I complaint on Tatasky customer they advised me to change this set-box with HD Set-up box.

                              And accordingly, set-up box changed.

                              But Tatasky charged me for both set-up box. Your Deptt charged Rs. 550/- approx for 1st set-up box, which was installed for 5-6 hours.

                              Please take necessary action in the matter and return the amount of Rs. 550/- in mu account

                                My customer id is [protected]. I had activated 2 connection for my home at mumbai with verble talk with tata sky tollfree number with my requirement of my favorite channels list including all kids channels
                                I had clearly mentioned for the kids channels at the time of booking and customer care lady had suggested the dhamal mix plan and also mentioned that exept english movie channels, all regular channels are there in this plan with the package amount of rs.4500/- for the first connection & rs.4330/- for the second connection with same id.
                                So i confirmed the deal and installed the set top box at my house and paid total cash to installer
                                After installation, i got to know that the plan i had got is having only one cartoon network channel. So i complained about that the next day for that wrong information
                                But i didn't got satisfactory answer and now without my permission they deactivated my both connections
                                So i request you to please help me out of it

                                  Not able to provide services during crucial time like World cup match. Could not able to recharge. No proper response from Tech support people. When they could not answer my question they put my call in queue with 20 caller no. Waited 30 min to reach customer person, irresponsibly he put my call in queue again. So cheap. So cheap service. When i pay so much for HD service & i could not use it when ther is a need., Let them close the service if they are not able to do proper service.

                                      Tata sky services are so unprofessional and poor, i have purchased a hd box in feb'16 which started creating problem on very next day, i have raised request but many a times and finally yesterday one service eng, visited to us to replace the box but the new box he has brought with him was also problematic on which he commit he'll come again tomorrow by 12 o'clock with another new box and left, which didn't turned up till 2pm finally i called up in customer care and came to know that my complaint got closed yesterday night itself remarking the complaint has been resolved...Then i called up the same eng. Who had visited home and was suppose to come to replace new box today confirmed that we have short of stock for replacement the available boxes are only for the new customers. Isn't it the height of pathetic service by tata sky? My tv has not been switched on since 4 days...And today there is semi final match of t20 world cup.
                                      I need my box to be replaced by today max. By 6 pm else i'll be taking it legally for refund my money back.
