Tata Sky — Wrong service charge deduction for a common complaint - refund | |||
I Reena Dinkar ID [protected] had made a complaint on behalf of all other residents having TATA SKY as the signals to the common dish antenna fixed on the terrace of our bldg Twin Tower C H S Ltd "B" wing was not available due to which all Tata Sky Viewer were unable to view on 2nd March'2016 late evening. Being a common complaint the call centre person specifically said if the complaint is common -No charges will be debited from our account. We were shocked to see that Rs.170/- has been debited from our account. (check the recording for the statements made by your call centre employee). Kindly ask the so called engineer what was the problem. did he come to our house to check. He went to the terrace & got the signals restored and came home & took my signature. Kindly credit Rs.170/- to our account. If not feasible, Kindly give the contact Number & name of the person to whom I could approach to resolve this matter. This is not done the way the customers are taken for a ride, Your advt says" Tata Sky laga dala tho life Jingalala" in fact it should be "Tata Sky Laga dala to watlagla"- reena dinkar - I expect an immediate reply for the above, Was this information helpful? | |||
