Tata Sky — Wrong subscriber ID on set top box display. Hence wrong information about Payment Due

Every month for the last 3 months, my set top box shows the wrong subscriber ID and hence the Payment Due is also incorrect. Presently my recharge date is June 2015. Today I have seen the recharge date as 1 April 2015. I have called the helpline numbers (both) for over a hour between 5.45 p.m. and 6.45 p.m. I could also get through once and then also the call was terminated half way. I have paid approximately Rs. 30/- for these phone calls. In that one call, I was told the problem would be resolved in 10 minutes. It is now approximately 2 hours from the call. On repeated calling, I only get in through till "Thank you for calling Tata Sky" and then ... silence or some irrelevant beeps and background noises. No executive. This is pretty frustrating, especially when you pay a lot in advance. My subscriber ID is [protected]. The set top box shows [protected]. Can the reader of this message help me. I hope so. And also hope to get some kind of reply (of course if TATA SKY is concerned in any way. "The customer could be right" also does not apply here. I bet.

I too have been facing similar problem for the past couple of months
I have same problem since 09 Nov 2015.My subscriber id was displayed wrong. I have recharge on the id which was displayed to me but the recharge is gone to some one else. When I called to tata-sky help line they have updated my set up box and the subscriber id is now change. But this is now my real subscriber id, but the recharge is not yet refund on my new id.
