[Resolved]  Tata Sky — Wrongful deduction

Last month I had relocate my tatasky dish paying Rs 500. This month due to cyclone my dish direction got changed and I lodge complain for that I was informed that the same is covered under warranty hence there would be no deduction.
However it take about a week to rectify the problem and account has been debited by Rs 300 for that because the warranty period was lapsed due to the delay .
The delay was only from yours end, and I have suffer for that and again yours debited my account due to yours fault only.
I hope my account would be adjusted by today only,

Recently changed to HD box and its in warranty period till august month 2017, recently due to cyclone we were there service was not available one week after follow issue has been fixed. they deduction Rs.200 which was not suppose to do that because in under warranty.

Raised the issue with tatasky, got the positive response they informed em that in will credited in 48hrs. 5days over still same condition.
I have added kids pack channels those channels not view able because it went to negative balance.

look like they are not user friendly they are cheater.
